Coaching Testimonials

The feedback that means the most to me is when someone shares that our work stayed with them in everyday life — that they could calm themselves in a difficult situation, that they found it easier to say no in a situation they'd struggled with for years, to set a boundary, or to communicate more clearly.“You are an amazing somatic coach! You did the session so light, respectful, and insightful ”“The self-care pose we have practiced during our sessions has helped me after my accident.”“What we have practiced together helped me to choose differently in a recurring situation.”

Workshop Testimonials

Workshop feedback is not the same as feedback from coaching, especially not on a website about coaching, right? Right.
I understand that, probalby, I should not add it, because you might not find it relevant, but I have a strong gut feeling to do so. I have no idea why, but maybe time will tell and you know, I have worked a lot on being able to hear myself 🙂
So, here is a collection of feedback I got from the workshops I have created over the years around the topic of the different ways you can say No and how to see a No, that often can feel as a Rejection, in a different way? Like, is it possible that it is a gift for both of us?"Zsolt was open and practical.""Dear Zsolt, Your workshop, The Gifts of Rejection, was really valuable. I enjoyed that through playful exercises and bodily sensations I could experience my own boundaries firsthand. Since then I have used one of the games to illustrate how trust develops between me and another person. The atmosphere was relaxed. You held the space well so that everyone could express their feelings and we could talk about the topic with ease. I would absolutely recommend it to friends and anyone who wants to grow in their relationships. And saying no is not the end of a connection - it is the act of showing our true selves.

"The Christmas “Exam” season sucks xD I know it was not today but it's always good to reflect on these things.Over Christmas I originally planned to spend just an afternoon at my mum's. I ended up staying for the evening too — I know that wasn't the smartest move since I was already crossing my own boundary of 'just the afternoon' — but it's so rare for the three of us to spend several hours together without a single argument that it was hard to call it a night. The next morning my dad unexpectedly launched into one of his lengthy engineering explanations out of nowhere…Big fight.BUT!Afterwards I was able to tell him what had bothered me, they understood, and they didn't dismiss what I felt.*And since then there have been multiple situations where I was able to say 'I'm sorry, this is already too much for me, I can't focus right now, can we please drop this topic.'*And we have now reached the point where my dad actually asks first — 'Can I explain this? Can I have x minutes of engineering-explanation time?' — or something along those lines.I hadn't managed to get here in the past ten years.I won't claim it's 100% down to the Zsolt’s workshop - but it played a huge part. And to this day the phrases I practised there still come up, and I keep getting positive reactions to them. True, 'thank you for taking care of yourself' often needs some explaining — but I am always happy to take the time for that ^^Thank you very much Zsolt!""Around Christmas, someone stopped me on the street. She had been at one of my recent workshops and had also done individual coaching with me (she was part of the volunteer group, during my training). She told me that she had recently been able to make a different choice in a recurring pattern in her life — and that the work we did together played a part in that. :)""Hi Zsolt! Thank you so much for the wonderfully put-together training, the attention you gave to the group, and the recommendations!""Thank you for the knowledge we received and the many interesting exercises we got to experience. We learned truly useful things in a wonderful atmosphere. 😊""A very important topic, and Zsolt teaches it authentically and in a playful way.""I found the afternoon useful and really appreciated that it was specifically practice-focused.""Even just the fact that we addressed this topic at all was a huge help for me. That I have boundaries, and that I can say no.Yesterday, for example, I was on leave, and my employer messaged me saying he needed a report. Normally I would have scrambled to get it done on the spot — but this time I wrote back that I was on leave and could only get it to him the next day. He replied that it was fine, tomorrow would work too. So maybe the world can manage without me for a day or two sometimes. :-)""The Wheel of Consent still really resonates with me and keeps me thinking — both in my work and with my children. It gives me a lot to reflect on and I am trying to apply it. Thank you for introducing it to me!!!"

Corporate Workshop Testimonials

I have done workshops in a corporate environment too, under the title: The Benefits of Saying No.“Thanks a lot for the training, Zsolt! It really made a difference to me.”"The best thing about the trainer is that he wasn't speaking based only on a bare theory. But he made an impression of someone who has worked hard on his own self-development and now shares this knowledge with us."“I would like to let you know that one of the most memorable training experiences was your mock training event for me that you delivered for L&D team inside EPAM.”
